The kids love Easter.
We made our traditional Resurrection Rolls for FHE to review the Easter story and eat a delicious treat.
The kids dyed and decorated eggs.

Meyer cousins
I made a carrot cake with a crustless cheesecake center frosted with cream cheese frosting. Since it's Spring, I decorated with dried pineapple flowers I made by slicing the pineapple very thin and baking the slices for hours at a low temperature. I then placed them in a muffin tin to continue drying and form into a flower shape. They looked pretty and tasted delicious.
