Happy 12th Birthday Gavin!
He's been acting like a pre-teen for about a year but now it's official. He cares about his hair, his clothes, his muscles, and other things that he and Ayden keep confidential. He does not care about practicing piano, getting to bed on time, or any other thing that he is not in the mood to do at the moment. He still excels at school (although it's been harder than he expected) and orchestra and is improving in soccer. He likes playing FortNite with his friends, Gorilla tag with strangers on the Oculus, collecting vintage coins, and reading Brandon Sanderson and even more books on WWII. He drinks hot chocolate every morning, loves korean spicy ramen, and never gets sick of candy. He is counting down the days when he can get a job- but my blinds are always clean.
Wouldn't be Gavin's birthday without bottomless mac and cheese and a sundae from Red Robin.
Gavin wanted Krispy Kreme glazed donuts for his birthday which was very easy to make into a cake.
He was showered with gifts and took his place in the birthday chair.
At the beginning of the year, Gav became a Deacon and started passing the sacrament. He got a new tie for his birthday. He's growing up fast!
