The day after Christmas, all the Barber crew met up at this amazing log cabin on Vega Lake (just outside Grand Junction). The entire home was made from logs and sat in a forest of aspen trees over looking a lake. The kids had a great time playing endlessly together, allowing for some fun adult time.
We did a cousin gift exchange and an adult white elephant.
Garrett brought his latest game he invented called Tycoon.
It's all about building businesses and strategies.
This picture was more difficult than herding cats but at least everyone is present.
And like most holidays, people got sick. Mom ended up in the hospital with pneumonia for 2 days after we got back. There's always hope for next time...
