Somehow our little girl is already 3! This year she was able to anticipate and look forward to her birthday which made it extra fun. We filled the day with activities and treats that Ayden enjoys most. First, we went to story time followed by lunch (and ice cream) at Chick-fil-A. Then home to make cupcakes and lick the icing bowl. Mimi and Poppy arrived just before dinner, where we ate her favorite foods: chips and salsa and refried beans. The day ended with opening many presents, blowing out candles, and eating the cupcakes. I think she had a fun day and we are thankful to all those who made such special efforts to remember her and be a part of it.
She can finish off a basket of chips and bowl of salsa all alone!
They sang to her and provided the hat. She loved it.
Is it Christmas? So many people sent gifts. Thank you all!
