For Valentine's Day I treated Patrick to his favorite meal from his favorite past time place: The Pendulum Court Cafe at BYU. I think this place is what he misses most about BYU. We first started out with an appetizer of toasted bread with a balsamic cheese dip. Then the infamous chicken puff pastry, garnished peaches, and asparagus. And for the grand finale, black tie cheesecake, which I customized with a chocolate glaze heart. It was delicious and now I'm done cooking for the year!
