Merry Christmas 2019

This year was the Barber year for Christmas and everyone came to Colorado. It was fun decorating the house for company and we added a few extra outside features this year.

We added a wreath and wrapped the trees out back which we could enjoy every night through the back windows.

And after a nightmare of installing hooks in the mortar, finally got the garland up in the front.

I still love the real garland around the fireplace and stockings.

We spent Christmas Eve at Jill's house complete with a live nativity.

The Barber kids performed a musical number on their ukuleles.

Cora might be the cutest cow ever.

The Pajama Elf came.

We read the Night Before Christmas.

and before I went to bed, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.

The kids were lined up on the stairs before running down Christmas morning.

We hosted Christmas dinner.

We had ham, rosemary roasted potatoes, pear and raspberry spinach salad, rolls and cranberry cake with a white chocolate ganache frosting. It was all delicious.

The next day we all spent the day at Boondocks playing games and bowling.

Nothing beats cousin time!

Merry Christmas!
