We livened up our February with some fun activities. It's been snowing quite a bit this winter so we found a good sledding spot. The kids have really enjoyed it this year.
Snow days meant some days off of school. The kids definitely have fun using their imaginations!
And nothing demands soup and fresh homemade bread like a snowy evening.
Yes, please!
We celebrated Patrick's birthday with a prime rib and his usual Italian creme cake.
Then we went to the Great Wolf Lodge for a weekend. After much bribing, we finally got the older kids to do the big slides, which they loved.
And they had a great toddler area which was perfect for the younger kids.
The kids did a great job using their creativity on their Valentine's boxes for school.
And I even sneaked in a weekend trip to visit Lisa and see Kelly Clarkson in concert.
Aislin has had a big personality since day one, but she is seriously somethin else, this one.
She loves popcorn and throws a huge fit if anyone comes close to her popcorn. So, she will not take her had out of the bag (even to eat it herself) until I step away from the cart. Then she will quickly stuff it in her mouth and then put her arm back into the bag. It's funny every time. She obviously does not find it humorous.
She finally decided to give a fork a try.
