So cliche, but time really does fly by faster and faster. The baby stage seems quicker with each child. Ayden felt like a baby forever and Raegan seemed like she was born yesterday. At least since she's a petite lil thing, we felt like we've had a baby around for a while (wearing 6 month clothes). But she's catching up: At her check up she weighed 16 lbs 1oz which is still not on the charts but good gains since her last appointment. She is also 28 inches which puts her into the double digits at 10%! Each visit the Dr seems less concerned with her size and impressed by her development. She is meeting all of her one year milestones but is not walking yet. She loves to stand unassisted and cruises holding on to things. She has also learned how to crawl up the stairs. She continues to be a good eater and transitioned over to cows milk and a sippy cup very quickly. She now has 3 bottom teeth and the 2 tops just broke through. She sleeps like a dream, absolutely loves her bath (unlike my other 2 kiddos at this stage), discovered books are fun, and is great at entertaining herself or watching the kids play. She is really a super easy baby at this point (unless I'm trying to take pictures of her). The only time she protests is when Gavin is smothering her or she wants food. The kids adore her and she is thoroughly amused by them. She brings a smile to our faces everyday and warms our hearts with her hugs. We can't believe our girl is already one, but she'll be our sweet babes forever.
And this becomes the problem with these photo shoots.
As you can see, she didn't want to be bothered.
We had a little birthday party for Raegan which she had no idea about but the other kids loved.
Ah, the picking the nose phase.
Ate every last crumb.
I have a pic of every kid covered in beans.
Black bean shot-check!
Standing at the park
First ride in the swing. She loved it. She seems a bit more adventurous than my other kids (which isn't saying much).
Loving her present from Nana and PopPop.
Walking with the stroller.
Music time.

She is just really pretty. I love that picture of her standing! She looks so big and little at the same time. She is catching up to Lizzie's weight--only 4 pounds to go!
She is so, so cute!! I can't believe she's one! Totally agree that time is passing so quickly!
