A couple weeks ago, the kids and I joined Mom and Dad down at Jill's house for a long weekend of fun. It was the first time I've been to Tampa since Jill officially moved. We had a blast taking advantage of all Tampa has to offer, including Busch Gardens.
Since we are all now annual pass holders, we spent the entire day just doing kid activities. The zoo is actually quite impressive and the kids loved the animals. Gavin was able to practice his new animal sounds, although he always resorted to "Ruff, Ruff" for the animals he did not know.
See that tiger up there looking down at Ayden! She actually got quite close sitting on Richard's shoulders!
And we fit in the train ride through the open range part of the zoo.
The kids rode every ride.
Ayden's favorite ride was the swings and Gavin seemed quite relaxed reclined in his chair.
However, Avery did not enjoy it as much.
Ayden was brave and rode the cars all by herself.
And there was swimming.
Love that beach body!
When we got back, there was a mini Meyer family reunion. All the Reynold Meyer kids were home and Mom's siblings were in town as well. It was fun to see family I hadn't seen in a long time.
Dave and his cute boy Renny.
More fun in Daddy's uniform.
Gavin is in a stuffed animal phase. His favorite is his Reilly bear that Nana and PopPop sent. He seriously LOVES this bear. He's always giving him hugs and kisses and drags him by his ribbon all over the house.
He's such a sweet boy.
