We took Ayden to the Cincinnati Zoo today, and she loved every minute! She constantly reads books and looks at pictures of all these animals and finally got to see them in real life! The gorillas were her favorite.

Ayden loves alligators as well. She liked this fake one better than the real ones though.
She was so impressed with the manatee and fish. I think she likes getting so close right up against the glass.
Lady lion. No manly manes were there.

Polar bear. It was a little nerve wracking with the bear so close even with the glass. She wasn't scared at all.
Crazy flat faced bear with raccoon eyes.
American black bear.
Petting the exotic goats at the petting zoo.
A peacock joined us for lunch.
Elephants.
A look into a real, working beehive. A family favorite!
