And this is how it all begins...Ayden wasn't even scared of that beam so high in the air! I went home for my Dad's big 6-0 birthday and stopped by the gym to say hi and bring back some memories. Jim, our family's coach since forever ago, was nice enough to help Ayden out and give her a few pointers. It was fun to catch up with how the gymnastics crew is doing and to introduce Ayden. She loved climbing all over the soft mats, jumping on the tramp, and eating the foam.
The 2024 Olympics are just around the corner!
