All the Reilly's got together again in Eden this year. All the little Indians had fun playing together now that everyone is a few years older. It was also fun having a new baby around.
We ate lots of good food.
PopPop and I still couldn't taste anything from our October covid.
Keeps the holiday weight gain down.
Ayden loved holding Vera.
The kids piled the frosting on the sugar cookies.
Christmas came early.
Finally, Ayden let someone else hold Vera.
The drive home from Eden was one of the most harrowing drives of my life. The road in Wyoming had been closed for days and opened the day we left. It should not have been opened. The interstate was a sheet of ice with tons of semi trucks sliding all over, pushing cars off the road. The rocks flying everywhere put multiple cracks in our windshield and took the clear coat off the front of the car. I can't believe we made it home unscathed. It took a few days to calm down from that drive.
