Aislin at 11 months is pretty much the same as 10 months except a bit more of everything:
More crawling- now she bear walks when she is on uncomfortable surfaces or grass.
More speed- she may never walk since she is so fast crawling.
More eating- she eats a ton, obsessed with her bottle but still is finicky.
More mimicking- she will attempt the hand motions to songs, try to repeat similar sounds you make such as blowing, singing, kissing, clapping, pointing, etc.
More hair- her hair is really filling in and it's quite curly in the back.
More crying- unfortunately, she does not like it when she doesn't get attention, which is particularly a problem after 4pm, when I am helping with piano, homework, and making dinner. She lets us and the entire neighborhood know she is very displeased.
More adamant- this girl has an iron will! She does not back down which is annoying now but probably an essential attribute as a 4th child.
More animated- she is very expressive and gives lots of smiles.
More curious- she is interested in anything she can reach. Thankfully, she is responding effectively to our "no" and easy to distract.
More of a toddler- my last baby is turning into a toddler and as bitter sweet as it is, it's more sweet.
These two have fun sister time together alone. Raegan crawls on the floor playing chase and Aislin loves it.
Aislin likes to drop toys between the stair spindles to the basement stairs below.
Raegan's art is improving so rapidly due to the endless art activities Ayden provides. In just a matter of weeks, I've gained hands and feet and now my arms come out of a body instead of a head!
And just like that, Ayden has braces!
We went in for an eval and she got braces the next day. She is handling it super well and thankfully has not had much discomfort.
