Packed up the kids and headed towards the mountains today to take in all Fall as to offer. We have been wanting to explore more of Colorado and found ourselves driving the oldest scenic route in the state, established in 1918. It went from Black Hawk to Estes Park in northern Colorado, traveling through many old mining towns. The Aspens were brilliantly yellow creating a beautiful contrast to the evergreens and rocky peaks. Happy Fall!
And we let the kids out to hike a bit and get out the wiggles. Beautiful day.
