It was another great Halloween with perfect weather and great company. Mimi and Poppy came over for the evening, joining us for dinner, trick-or-treating, and caramel apples. Ayden was Cinderella (which she is almost daily) and Gavin had to wear his Super Man get up for all to see. Ayden had even more fun this year, if possible, and Gavin is always happy to be along for the ride.

Ayden traded in her princess wand for a candy wand.

(aka: not walking again this year.)
Our neighbor had scary people standing in the yard and other quite spooky things. Last year Ayden would've cried, but she made it to the door this year. She definitely grasped the trick-or-treating idea better this time and enjoyed handing out the candy just as much. In fact, when we ran out of candy, she gave her candy to the other kids. What a sweet girl and a win/win for everyone!
Happy Halloween!

I love Gavin's mustache! And his chunky Superman thighs. He looks like a lot of fun, but I hope I get to dress one of my kids up as a princess for Halloween someday!
